Analysis on Comprehensive Evaluation Method for the State Grants Based on the Principal Component

介绍了主成分分析法的基本思想、基本原理以及计算步骤;运用主成分分析法建立了全定量化的国家助学金综合评定方法。从定量的角度应用SPSS软件对数据进行多元统计分析,然后进行综合排序,并对排序结果进行分析和评价,数据结果显示该方法具有一定的合理性。

The paper first introduces the basic ideas, basic principle and method of the principal component analysis. Through the principle component analysis method has established the entire quantitative comprehensive evaluation method for the state grants. From the point of view of the quantitative, using SPSS software analysis the date and scheduling, then analysis and evaluate the results. The date results shows that the method has the rationality.
