摘要
临床资料 例1为男性，50岁，因“意识不清9h”于2004年7月16日入院。既往有高血压史．体检：意识不清，疼痛刺激四肢不动，双瞳孔等大，直径4．5mm，光反射消失，Babinski征双侧阳性。
