Changes of T cell subsets in pregnant women with viral pneumonia

目的探讨T细胞亚群在妊娠合并病毒性肺炎患者外周中的变化。方法对15例妊娠合并病毒性肺炎患者及20例健康对照者的外周血用流式细胞术进行CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+检测。结果妊娠合并病毒性肺炎患者CD3+,CD4+与对照组相比显著下降,差异有统计学意义;CD8+,CD4+/CD8+与对照组相比有所降低,差异无统计学意义。结论 CD3+,CD4+可作为评价妊娠合并病毒性肺炎患者免疫功能的指标来判断患者预后。

Objective To investigate the change of T ceil subset and its role in pregnant women with viral pneumonia. Methods 15 pregnant women with viral pneumonia and 20 healthy pregnant women as the control group were given the flow cytometry to detect the levels of CD3＋ , CO4＋ , CDs＋ , CD4＋/CDs＋ in peripheral blood. Results. The levels of CD3＋ and CD4＋ decreased more obviously in the pregnant women with viral pneumonia than in the controls with statistical significance, but the decrease of CD8＋ and CD4＋/CDs＋ between the two groups had no statistical significance. Conclusion The CD3＋ and CD4＋ levels of peripheral blood in pregnant women with viral pneumonia can be used as an indicator to evaluate the prognosis of pregnant women with viral pneumonia, and the significant decrease of CD＋ and CD4＋ shows the abnormality of cellular immunity.
