MSCT后处理技术在TBNA中的应用价值 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价MSCT后处理技术在TBNA中的应用价值。方法对于有纵隔或肺门肿大淋巴结的41例患者,行胸部MSCT平扫及增强扫描后,利用CT图像后处理技术进行多重面重建(MPR)、仿真内窥镜导航,对TBNA检查前穿刺部位进行定位、路径设计。结果呼吸内科医师结合MSCT后处理技术行TBNA,多部位、多点取材,41例患者合格标本阳性率达100%,病理诊断阳性标本38例,病理诊断阴性标本3例,无1例并发症发生。结论 MSCT后处理技术明显减少TBNA并发症,提高TBNA的安全性及诊断阳性率。
