摘要 目的探讨冷冻前胚胎培养时间不同对冻融周期妊娠结局的影响。方法分析2011-01—2011-12行冻融胚胎移植的275个周期临床资料,比较D2和D3胚胎复苏后复苏率及临床妊娠率。结果 D2胚胎冷冻后复苏率显著高于D3胚胎,但临床妊娠率显著低于D3胚胎(P<0.05)。结论 D2胚胎对冷冻解冻可能具有更好的耐受,但在提高冻融周期妊娠率上D3胚胎更有优势。 Objective Investigate the effect of the pregnancy outcome in frozen -thawed cycle according to the different culture times of pre - freeze embryo. Methods Analyze the clinical data in 275 cycle time of the frozen - thawed embryo transfer cycles(FET) between January 2011 and December 2011. To compare the survival rates and the clinical pregnancy rates between different D2 and D3 embryo. Results The survival rate of D2 embryo is much higher than the D3 emb.ryo, but the clinical pregnancy rate is much lower than the D3 embryo (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The D2 embryo may have better tolerance to the freezing and thawing, but the D3 embryo has the more advantages in improving the pregnancy rate in frozen -thawed cycle.
