摘要
目的探讨尿流动力学检查在压力性尿失禁中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院收治的17例压力性尿失禁患者的临床资料。结果 17例手术顺利,无手术并发症,术后随访3～19个月(平均11个月),17例患者均恢复正常排尿。结论尿流动力学检查在明确尿失禁患者病因,指导手术治疗并判断患者预后等方面有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of urine fluid dynamics in stress urinary incontinence（SUI）. Method Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of the seventeen cases with the SUI. Results All operations were successful, there were no complications during average followup of 11 months （3 -19months）, all persons recovered. Conclusions There is an important function in identifying the causation, directing the operation and judging the prognosis for SUI with the urine fluid dynamics.
