摘要
巨细胞动脉炎（giantcellarteritis，GCA），又称颞动脉炎、颅动脉炎、肉芽肿性动脉炎、风湿性多肌痛和老年人动脉炎[1]，是一种全身性血管炎，影响大、中型动脉，主要侵犯颞浅动脉和眼动脉。GCA病因尚不甚明确，血管壁内的T细胞、巨噬细胞活化，进而导致炎性反应可能是GCA的主要原因[2]。GCA曾被认为是一种罕见疾病，但随着人们认识的不断深入，发现该病并不少见[3-4]。
