双节段腰椎退行性前滑脱的手术治疗 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨L4、5双节段退行性前滑脱的手术治疗方式。方法对L4、5双节段前滑脱6例采用后路彻底减压、撑开复位、椎弓根钉棒系统内固定、cage椎间植骨融合。结果本组获随访0.5~3年,骨折均获得复位,脊柱融合率按Lenke标准评估:A级4例,B级2例。临床疗效按Hendeson标准评价:优5例,良1例。结论双节段腰椎退行性滑脱的治疗方法与单节段腰椎滑脱不尽相同,后路彻底减压,撑开复位,椎间融合能获得较好的疗效。
