摘要
随着体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)等辅助生殖技术(ART)广泛开展,如何既获得高种植潜能的胚胎以提高临床妊娠率,又能减少多胎妊娠的发生率是其中的一个关键问题。因此,正确判断和选择具有良好发育潜能和高种植率的胚胎用于移植成为胚胎学研究的焦点。
A key step in assisted reproduction is assessment of embryo viability in order to identify the embryos which are most likely to result in pregnancy. Currently used embryo assessment systems are largely based on morphology and cleavage rate. While these systems are important in improving implantation and pregnancy rates and reducing multiple gestations, their precision is still insufficient. As the number of assisted reproduction technology(ART)cycles increases worldwide, improvement of ability to quickly and non-invasively identify the best embryos for transfer is very important for reproductive medicine. Blastocyst transfer offers one of the successful approaches, but is confounded by suggestions of an increased risk of both pregnancy complications and epigenetic disorders.
