子痫前期患者胎盘组织中miR-30a-3p表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究miR-30a-3p在子痫前期(PE)患者与正常产妇胎盘组织中的表达差异,以及其在PE发病中的作用。方法收集PE患者和正常产妇胎盘组织各20例,应用荧光实时定量聚合酶链反应(Real time-PCR)的方法检测两组miR30a-3p的表达差异。结果两组胎盘组织中均有miR-30a-3p的表达,PE患者胎盘组织中miR-30a-3p的表达较正常孕妇组升高2.36倍,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎盘组织中miR-30a-3p的病理性高表达可能与PE发病相关。 Objective: To study on expression of miR-30a-3p in the placentas of women with preeclampsia or normal pregnancy. Methods: The placentas were collected from 20 women with preeclampsia(experiment group)and 20 women with normal pregnancy(control group). The fluorescent real-time quantitative PCR method was used to detect the expression of miR-30a-3p in the two groups. Results: The miR-30a-3p was expressed in placenta tissue from both groups. The expression of the miR-30a-3p in the preeclampsia placenta was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P〈0. 05). Conclusions: The miR-30a-3p expression was increased significantly in the placentas of patients with preeclampsia,which might be involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
