体外受精-胚胎移植卵巢低反应的处理对策 被引量:4

摘要 体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程中控制性超排卵的卵巢低反应是指常规的促排卵方案不能获得有效促排卵效果,尽管针对卵巢低反应而采取的治疗方案文献报道较多,但因缺乏卵巢低反应的统一界定标准,尚无大规模随机的研究资料的支持,目前也无可为提高IVF-ET的成功率、节约治疗费用的统一有效方案,故迫切需要临床医生为低反应、甚至卵巢贮备功能低下患者探索一个理想的有效方案。 Failure to respond adequately to standard protocols and recruit adequate follicles is known as poor response'. Although the research literatures about the stimulation for the poor responders in IVF-ET have been published massively, lack of clear, uniform definition of the poor response and large- scale randomized studies make it difficult to formulate uniform and efficient ovarian stimulation. In order to improve success rate and save the cost of treatments in IVF-ET. The appropriate and individualized stimulation protocol is urgently needed for the poor responders and the diminished ovarian reserve patients.
