骨组织工程支架材料应用于大段骨缺损的实验研究进展

Progress in the experimental research of bone tissue-engineering scaffolds for treating large bone defects

近年来,骨组织工程应用于修复大段骨缺损的实验研究备受关注。其中骨组织工程支架材料是骨组织工程的关键要素之一,分为人工合成无机材料、人工合成高分子材料和天然衍生物材料。本文就几种典型的支架材料应用于大段骨缺损的实验研究进展作一综述。

The development of bone tissue engineering in repairing large bone defects has bee concerned in recent years. The scaffold material is one of the most key elements in bone tissue engineering, which is divided into inorganic materials, polymers materials and natural organism-derived materials. In this paper, several typical scaf- folds applied in the experimental study of large bone defects are reviewed.
