某院2011年药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of reports of adverse drug reaction in hospital

目的探讨药品不良反应的处理方法、发生特点、临床表现和治疗,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法抽取笔者所在医院2011年度药品不良反应报告199份,借助统计学方法进行归纳分析。结果药品不良反应涉及药品123种,其中抗感染药物36种,占药物品种数29.3%,占病例总数的18.1%;消化系统药物17种,占药物品种数13.8%,占病例总数的8.5%;心血管系统药物11种,占药物品种数8.9%,占病例总数的5.5%;给药途径以静脉滴注为主,占55.8%;常见不良反应为皮肤及其附件损伤;严重药品不良反应占0.5%。结论药品不良反应发生与多种因素有关,老年患者更易发生药品不良反应;加强药品不良反应监测工作有助于减少药品不良反应发生。

Objective To explore adverse drug reaction processing methods,occurrence characteristics, clinical manifestations and treatment,to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods Extraction from 2011 annual report adverse drug reactions of 199,with the aid of statistical methods,summarized the analysis. Results Adverse drug reaction involved 123 kinds of drugs,including 36 kinds of anti-infective drugs,accounting for 29.3% of drug varieties,and 18.1% of the total cases;17 kinds of digestive system drugs,accounting for 13.8% of drug varieties,and 8.5% of the total cases;11 kinds of cardiovascular system drugs,accounting for 8.9% of drug varieties,and 5.5% of the total cases;common adverse events were skin and its appendages injury,accounting for 55.8%;serious adverse drug reactions accounting for 0.5%. Conclusion Adverse drug reactions take place is related with many factors,elderly patients are more likely to happen adverse drug reaction.Strengthen the adverse drug reaction monitoring work helps to reduce the adverse drug reactions occurred.
