摘要
目的探讨粉碎助剂在中药超微粉碎中的应用,为中药材在超微粉碎过程中降低能量消耗、提高粉碎效果提供思路。方法本资料概述了超微粉碎在中药现代化中的作用,并重点探讨了粉碎机制、粉碎助剂在超微粉碎中的应用和助磨剂的作用机制。结果粉碎助剂可提高中药粉碎效果,降低能耗,防止结块。结论粉碎助剂在中药超微粉碎中具有潜在的应用前景。
Objective To provide a new idea for high-efficience and energy-saving uhrafine grinding of traditional Chinese medicine, the grinding aids were discussed. Methods The application of ultrafine grinding in TCM modernization was reviewed and the mechanism of crushing and the effects of grinding aids on ultrafine grinding of TCM were discussed. Results Grinding aids were useful to improve the crushing efficiency; lower the energy consumption and prevent the aggregation during erushing. Conclusion Grinding aids have a potential prospect of application in uhrafine grinding of TCM.
