目的探讨电话回访在居家隔离传染病患者康复过程中的作用。方法利用电话回访向患者了解病情变化、评估治疗效果、进行健康教育、心理状态等多方面的跟踪和指导。结果通过电话回访提高治愈率、拓展健康教育知识的普及,有效降低或避免传染病的流行和传播。同时有利于改善医患关系、提高医院的医疗技术水平和服务态度满意率。结论对居家隔离传染病患者实施电话回访,取得良好效果,受到广大患者和家属的欢迎,促进了医患关系和谐发展。

Objective To determine the usefulness of follow up by telephone in the recovery of home isolated infectious patients, Methods Telephone was used for follow up patients,to know the changes of disease condition,assessthe therapeutic effect,health education and psychic assessment. Results The follow up by telephone improved the cure rate, health education and reduced the epidemic of infectious diseases.The follow up also improved the patient-physician relationship and the satisfaction of patients to hospital. Conclusion The follow-up to home isolated .infeotious patients via telephone was effective and welcomed by the patients and families,which improved the patient-physician relationship.
