摘要
目的建立银屑胶囊的薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对银屑胶囊中的土茯苓、菝葜分别进行定性鉴别。结果在薄层色谱中能检出土茯苓、菝葜药材,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照溶液无干扰,且专属性强,重现性好。结论所建立的薄层色谱方法可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method of qualitative identification of Yinxie capsule. Methods Smilax Glahra Roxh. and Smilax china L. were identified by thin layer chromatography. Results The chromatogram spots were clear and no interference in the negative sample. The reproducibility and specialization of this method were good. Conclusion This method can be applied to quality control of Yinxie capsule.
