全麻合并腰-硬麻醉对老年患者术后认知功能的影响分析

Influence of postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients with anesthesia combined waist-hard anesthesia

目的探讨全麻合并腰-硬麻醉对老年患者术后认知功能的影响及临床分析。方法笔者所在医院诊治的60例老年手术患者,随机将其分为对照组(全身麻醉)和观察组(全麻合并腰-硬麻醉),对两组简易智能状态检查法评分、认知功能障碍发病率,进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组MMSE评分明显升高,术后认知功能障碍发病率显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全麻合并腰-硬麻醉对老年患者术后认知功能的影响相对较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the influence of postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients with anesthesia combined waist-hard anesthesia. Methods Sixty elderly patients were randomized into the control group （anesthesia） and the observation group （anesthesia combined waist-hard anesthesia）. The MMSE scores and cognitive dysfunction incidence were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the MMSE scores were obviously increased and the cognitive dysfunction incidence was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. Gonclusion The anesthesia combined waist-hard anesthesia has little impact on the postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
