二维及彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别诊断价值

Dimensional and color doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of breast lumps benign and malignant

目的探讨二维及彩色多普勒超声对乳腺肿块良恶性的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择2009年1月～2012年1月来笔者所在医院因乳腺肿块就诊的女性患者80例,采用PHILIPS-IU22及GE-E9彩色多普勒超声诊断仪。结果经病理证实,良性肿块60例共180个病灶,恶性肿块20例共43个病灶。20例恶性乳腺肿块内部血流信号分级多为Ⅱ级(7例)、Ⅲ级(8例),60例良性乳腺肿块血流信号分级多为0级(36例)、Ⅰ级(13例),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别中的具有重要的临床价值,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the differential diagnosis of two-dimensional and color Doppler uhrasonography for benign and malignant breast lumps. Methods 80 cases female breast mass were checked by Siemens Sequoia 512 color Doppler uhrasonography in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012. Results By pathologically confirmed, benign tumors had 60 patients with a total of 180 lesions, malignant mass had 20 patients with 43 lesions. 20 cases malignant breast masses internal blood flow signal classification were grade I1 （7 cases） and grade m （8 cases）, 60 cases benign breast tumor blood flow signal classification were grade 0 （36 eases） and grade I （13 cases） between two groups. The difference was significant. Conclusion Ultrasound has important clinical value in benign and malignant breast lumps, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
