低场磁共振在膝关节内侧副韧带损伤中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的低场MRI表现及诊断价值。方法 29例临床怀疑内侧副韧带损伤的患者在关节镜及手术前行MRI检查,以关节镜和手术结果作为金标准,回顾性分析膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的MRI表现及诊断价值。结果临床确诊为内侧副韧带损伤29例,MRI诊断为内侧副韧带Ⅰ级损伤11例,Ⅱ级损伤9例,Ⅲ级损伤6例。对于手术和关节镜治疗的15例Ⅱ、Ⅲ级的病例,MRI诊断的符合率达100%。结论低场MRI是膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的理想检查方法,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the manifestation of medial collateral ligament injury in low-field magnetic resonance imaging and its diagnostic value. Methods Twenty-nine suspected patients with medial collateral ligament injury received MRI test before arthroscopy and surgery.Taking the arthroscopic and surgical results as the gold standards,the MRI manifestation and diagnostic value of medial collateral ligament injury was analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 29 cases patients diagnosed with medial collateral ligament injury clinically, l 1 cases were diagnosed with class I injury,9 cases were diagnosed with class Ⅱ injury and 6 cases were diagnosed with class Ⅲ injury.For the 15 patients with class Ⅱ and class Ⅲ injury treated by surgery and arthroscopy,the agreement rate of MRI reached 100%. Conclusion The low-field MRI is an ideal method for the inspection of medial collateral ligament injury and holds high clinical application value.
