摘要 目的探讨舒适护理在神经内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年6月~2012年6月,在笔者所在医院神经内科就诊的患者78例,将其随机分为实验组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),实验组在住院期间实施舒适护理干预,对照组患者进行神经内科一般护理程序,观察护理效果,并对不同护理干预措施的两组进行焦虑自评量表及满意度评估比较。结果实验组患者的住院时间、住院费用显著低于对照组;实验组患者的满意度明显高于对照组;实验组患者的焦虑程度显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理服务可以提高护理服务适量,增加患者对护理服务的满意度,缓解医患关系紧张的现状,减少患者住院时间和费用,加快疾病的康复,是一种有效护理措施,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the comfort care of Neurology nursing. Methods From June 2011 to June 2012, 78 patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n=39) and control group (n=39)in the department of neurology. The patients in experimental group received comfort care intervention during hospitalization, while the patients in control group received generally care program,observed the care effect,self-rating of anxiety scale and satisfaction assessment. Results The length of stay,hospital costs of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group;the satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the anxiety level of experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Comfort care can improve the right amount of care,increase patient satisfaction of nursing services,ease the tension between doctors and patients of the status quo,reduce the time and cost of patients,speed up the rehabilitation of the disease,so it's an effective care measures and worthy of clinical application.
