菏泽市2011年结核病防治工作质量的TOPSIS法评价

Study on the TOPSIS method for the comprehensive evaluation about tuberculosis control for Heze City in 2011

目的运用TOPSIS法对菏泽市2011年结核病防治工作质量进行综合评价,探讨该方法的可行性。方法对就诊登记的初诊率、初诊患者查痰率、初诊患者拍片率、结核病患者/可疑者总体到位率、新涂阳患者治愈率作为评价指标,利用SAS程序进行TOPSIS综合评价。结果 F县综合工作质量较好,G县相对较差,与实际工作情况相符。结论 TOPSIS综合评价可反映客观实际工作情况,对今后的结核病防治的质量控制具有指导意义。

Objective To exptore the for Heze City in 2011 used by TOPSIS method. Methods Selected consultation rate of suspected patients,sputum examination rate of consulation,chest X-ray rate of consulation,total reached rate of buberculosis patients or suspected patients,cure rate of new smear positive patients as the evaluated index,used SAS program to do TOPSIS evaluation. Resttlt8 The comprehensive quality of F County was better,while the quality of G County was bad,which was matching the actual work. Conclusion TOPSIS method can inflect the real work and can be widely used in quality assessment.
