2011年住院部抗菌药物临床应用分析

Analysis of the clinical use of antibacterials drugs in inpatient department during the period 2011

目的统计并分析某院2011年1～12月住院部抗菌药物使用情况,为促进合理使用抗菌药物提供用药依据。方法统计全年12个月住院用抗菌药物的全部品规数、使用量和使用金额,算出各抗菌药物的构成比、有关排序、日均费用、用药频度等指标,并对各指标进行分析。结果某院2011年1～12月住院用抗菌药物共计51种,抗菌药物使用金额占总用药金额的18.21%;住院抗菌药物使用率为68.84%;住院患者人均使用抗菌药物费用为367.06元;特殊使用级抗菌药物使用金额占抗菌药物的0.84%;DDDs最高的抗菌药物为头孢呋辛钠。结论某院抗菌药物临床应用较规范、合理,但也有一些指标未达相关要求,还需要进一步加强抗菌药物临床合理应用。

Objective To investigate the current status of the use of antibacterials drugs in inpatient department and provide references for rationally drug use in the clinic. Methods Used 2011 antibacterials drugs medical records of inpatient department as a original data to analysis and statistics number of varieties,volume of use,sales volume,composition ratios,DDDc,DDDs of antibacterials drugs. Results There were 51 species of antibaeterials drugs in inpatient department during the whole period 2011.The sales volume of antibacterials drugs in inpatient department had accounted for 18.21%. The antibiotics utilization ratio of inpatient department accounted for about 68.84%.The per capita usage cost of drugs in inpatient department was 367.07 RMB.The sales volume of special antibacterials drugs in inpatient department had accounted for 0.84%.The highest DDDs of antibacterials drugs was cefuroxime sodium. Conclusion The use of antibacterials drugs in inpatient department was reasonable except some items during the period 2011.So the clinical use of antibacterials drugs in inpatient department should be strengthened.
