摘要
目的探讨并分析颌下脂肪抽吸与颏成形术联合重塑面容轮廓的效果。方法采用耳垂下缘后面小切口对下颌及颏下部进行脂肪抽吸并联合下颏假体植入术改善下面部长宽比例失调。结果 2010～2011年采用以上术式治疗34例,经1～6个月随访,术后面容轮廓清晰流畅,面部比例较术前明显协调。结论颌下脂肪堆积并伴有下颏短小、后缩的患者,采用颌下脂肪抽吸与颏成形术联合,是一种简便易行重塑面容轮廓的好方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of facial liposuction combined genioplasty in facial profile plastic surgery. Methods Based on the suitable small incision of earlobe edge and removed the fat within the area of jaw and neck by using the facial liposuction combined genioplasty. Improved the clinical effects of facial proportions. Results From 2010 to 2011, Using the method to treat 34 patients for 1-6 months, proved the facial contour clear and the facial proportions coordination. Conclusion The method which facial liposuction combined genioplasty is a good way for reshaping the facial contour.
