145例昏迷患者院前急救探讨

Analysis of pre-hospital services for 145 coma patients

目的探讨急诊昏迷患者的院前急救措施。方法 145例昏迷患者的院前急救过程中,积极使用控制气道,降低颅内压、镇静、测血糖、患者转运和全程监护等措施。结果 140例患者抢救成功,成功率为96.6%。结论昏迷患者的院前急救措施是切实可行的,对院前处理方法,患者转运及全程监护的规范化是提高急救成功率,减少致死,致残情况发生的重点。

Objective To explore pre-hospital treatment measures for coma patients. Methods The authors used measures actively in the process of Pre-hospital emergency treatment,such as airway control,dehydration for dropping intracranial pressure,sedation,blood glucose testing and care during transit. Results 140 cases were rescued successfully.The total effective rate was 96.51%. Conclusion The pre-hospital Services for coma Patients is effective. It is critical for increase effective rate and reducing mortality rate to regulate pre-hospitai Services and care during transit.
