社会性别视角下女儿养老研究

Daughter-supporting Mechanism for the Aged in the Gender Perspective

当前中国人口老龄化速度加快,计划生育政策形成的"倒金字塔式"家庭养老结构风险重重,在传统家庭养老功能日渐弱化,现代社会养老保障机制尚不健全的情况下,女儿养老因其现实可行性得到共鸣。然而传统从夫(父)居、男性继承制、女性经济依附、性别角色期待等社会性别伦理规范阻碍着女儿养老进程;实际生活中女儿养老又面临着婚居方式多样、通婚半径扩大、养老资源匮乏、家庭经济压力增大等现代因素的制约。提出通过家庭代际良性互动、女性社会地位逐步提升、养老文化多元发展、社会政策法律法规保障等来促进女儿养老。女儿养老有助于扩大家庭养老的方式,提升家庭养老质量;并促进两性平等发展及构建健康和谐的社会养老体系。

The aging population in China is becoming a more serious problem due to the birth - control policy. When the traditional family is weak in supporting the aged while the social security system for the aged is imperfect, the daughter - supporting practice for the aged is a possible solution. However, this practice faces such difficulties as the virilocal, male inheritance, female dependence, gender expectation as well as other socio - economic factors. To improve this practice relies on the favorable interaction among different generations, the improvement of the female＇ s social position, multi - supporting mechanism and government and legal support while its realization will help improve the family - supporting mechanism for the aged and promote the gender equality and social stability.
