困境下的突破:大学生村官政策可持续发展研究——基于上海市X区的实证调查与分析

Solutions to Difficulties: Research on the Continuity of the Policies Related to College-graduate Village Leaders Based on a Case Study of X District in Shanghai

大学生村官政策从2008年开始至今,经历了很多发展与完善。为了解大学生村官政策的可持续发展情况,2009年、2012年以上海市X区为样本,对大学生村官和村干部进行调研。通过对调研数据的分析,总结了大学生村官政策近年来的发展与进步,也分析了大学生村官在可持续发展方面仍存在的问题,从自我维度、高校维度、政府维度提出进一步解决大学生村官政策可持续发展问题的突破点。

Policies related to college - graduate village leaders have experienced a lot of development and improvement since 2008. This research is an empirical study of X District in Shanghai in 2009 and 2012 respectivdy and aims to reveal the continuity of the policies related to such village leaders. Through the analysis of the collected data, this research summarizes the improvement and development of the related policies and analyzes the existing problems related to the sustainable development of these village leaders. The research finally brings up the possible solutions to these problems in three dimensions, that is, College - graduate village leaders themselves, u- niversities and governments at all levels.
