关于白内障围手术期预防感染措施规范化的专家建议（2013年） 被引量：110

摘要 随着消毒、手术方式和抗菌药应用方面的改进，白内障术后眼内感染的发生率稳步下降，目前绝大多数统计其发生率在0．02％-0．3％之间。虽然感染并不常见，但一旦发生，便是最严重且对视力具有破坏性的并发症。因此，围手术期预防和有效治疗成为最关键的问题。为规范其治疗方案，本学组在2010年8月于《中华眼科杂志》发表《我国白内障术后急性细菌性眼内炎治疗的专家共识》的基础上，针对白内障围手术期预防感染的措施，包括临床评价各种危险因子、正确的手术操作和术前术后抗菌药的预防性使用等，组织专家依据各自的临床经验，结合我国国情，
