γ-干扰素释放试验在结核集团感染控制中的应用进展 被引量：6

摘要 近年来，我国部分地区发生多起学校结核病暴发事件，引起有关部门的高度关注，因此，建立科学的结核病防控策略已成为当务之急。一直以来，我国沿用PPD试验作为MTB感染的调查手段，由于PPD试验受到卡介苗接种及部分非结核分枝杆菌交叉免疫反应的影响，特异度较差。
