颗粒物引起肺部炎症的免疫学机制研究进展

摘要
近年来大气污染对人体健康的影响成为全球重点关注的问题。流行病学调查结果显示,大气污染物尤其是颗粒物和人群死亡率增加有关,可引起心肺疾病的急性加重和病死率增加。此外,大气污染对神经及血液系统等也有着不可忽视的影响。炎症是大气污染造成人体负面健康效应的主要机制之一。颗粒物可引起全身的炎症反应。现将近年来国内外报道的颗粒物引起的肺部非特异性和特异性免疫反应机制的研究综述如下。
