On Government Information Service Mode under the Environment of E-Government

从分析政府信息服务现状及存在的问题入手,阐述了政府信息服务模式的主要特征,即发展"集成式"服务、注重个性化服务、重视政府信息增值、服务主体多元化和信息服务方式多样化。进而构建了一种基于信息网格的政府、公共组织和企业协同的政府信息服务模式,并提出了该模式的保障机制。

Through the analysis of the status and existing problems in government information service, this paper summarizes the main features of government information service mode, that is, developing the “integration-type” service, paying attention to the individual- ized service, the value-added government information, diversified service provider and varied information service pattern. Thus, it eon- struets an information grid-based government information service mode cooperated by government, public organizations and enterprises, and puts forward the safeguard mechanism of the mode.
