植物性粪石所致小肠梗阻的MRI表现特征 被引量:23

摘要 粪石引起的小肠梗阻在临床上少见,准确的定位和定性诊断对治疗方案的制订至关重要。小肠MR检查安全可靠、无辐射损伤,对小肠病变具有较高定位和定性价值。为了提高对植物粪石性肠梗阻的认识,笔者回顾性分析11例植物粪石性小肠梗阻的MRI表现特点,总结如下。
