乳腺浸润性导管癌全数字化X线表现56例回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of full-field digital mammography in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma: report of 56 cases

目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线表现,提高对乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线影像诊断水平。方法收集经手术病理证实且术前均行全数字化乳腺X线检查的浸润性导管癌的56例进行回顾性分析。结果 56例患者的X线表现:肿块36例,钙化22例,肿块伴钙化6例,局限性密度增高或结构扭曲4例,皮肤及乳头改变2例。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌的X线,其中较多见的X线表现为肿块和钙化,具有较高诊断价值,其他少见征象亦具有一定的诊断意义。

Objective To discuss the features of digital radiography in infiltrating ductal carcinoma and to raise the diagnostic level. Methods Fifty-six patients with surgically and pathologically proved breast infiltrating duetal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively of full-field digital mammography. Results In 56 cases X-ray signs, breast lumps were found in 36 cases, malignant calcification in 22 cases, which included 6 cases combining with lumps, local dissymmetrical infiltra tion in 4 cases, the change of nipple and skin in 2 cases. Conclusion The Xray signs of breast infiltrating duetal carcinoma is varied, and the lumps and malignant calcification are the most common features, which is important in diagnosis, other rare signs have also the certain diagnosis meaning.
