摘要 目的探讨高频超声诊断肢体肌疝的临床应用价值。方法对12例高频超声提示肢体肌疝并经手术证实的病例进行回顾分析,总结肢体肌疝发生部位、分类及各类型病例的超声声像图特征。结果①肢体肌疝分为可复性肌疝(9例)和嵌顿性肌疝(3例);②高频超声肢体肌疝声像图表现:可复性肌疝:包块与肌肉组织相连通,纹理回声一致。包块大小随探头挤压变化;嵌顿性肌疝:包块周边的肌肉局部纹理不清,可探及肌肉局部筋膜连续性中断,于中断处多可探及肌肉向包块方向的血流信号。包块不随探头挤压而变形。结论高频超声能清晰显示肢体肌疝,若提高超声医师对肢体肌疝的认识,高频超声可作为临床诊断肌疝的影像依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To study investigate the clinical value of high frequency ultrasound diagnosis of limb muscles hernia. Methods 12 cases of high-frequency ultrasound prompted limb muscle hernia which confirmed by operation were analyzed retrospectively, summed up the limb muscle hernia location, classification and the sonographic characteristics of various types of cases. Results ① Limb muscle hernia was divided into reusable hernia (9 cases) and incarcerated hernia (3 cases); ② The sonographic appearance of high-frequency ultrasound limb muscle hernia. Reusable muscle hernia: mass and muscle tissue was connected, which texture echoed unanimously. Size of mass changed with the probe extrusion. The incarcerated muscle hernia: the local texture of muscles in the mass around was unclear, The local muscular fascia might be disruption, where the interrupt department could be explored the blood flow signals in direction from muscle to mass, Mass might not probe deformation by extrusion. Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the limb muscle hernia. If the sonographer is improved on understanding of limb muscle hernia, high-frequency ultrasound imaging as a clinical diagnosis of muscle hernia has important clinical value.
