磁共振评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 有研究表明,导致管腔狭窄程度小于50%的粥样硬化斑块由于重构效应,冠状动脉造影常难以发现,而这种粥样斑块可能为易损斑块。冠状动脉易损斑块破裂是造成急性冠脉事件的重要原因。目前,尚缺乏无创性影像学方法评价冠状动脉斑块成分。本文就磁共振成像评价冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的研究进展进行综述。 The research showed that atherosclerotic plaque, which can cause less than 50% luminal diameter reduction,can not be found by coronary angiography because of positive remodeling effect. However, this atherosclerotic plaque may be vulnerable plaque. An important reason that causes acute coronary events is coronary artery vulnerable plaque rupture.At present, the noninvasive imaging methods to evaluate coronary artery plaque are waited. The research progress of magnetic resonance to evaluate coronary artery atherosclerotic plaque is reviewed in this article.
