平消胶囊治疗乳腺腺病临床观察

Clinical observation of mammary adenosis treated by pingxiao capsule

目的:观察平消胶囊治疗乳腺腺病的临床疗效。方法:对近5年来的398例钼靶摄片等检查证实为乳腺病,排除纤维腺瘤的患者应用平消胶囊治疗,跟踪观察疗效。结果:服药第一疗程后,乳痛消失324例(占81.4%);肿块消失286例(占71.9%),总有效率为93.5%。结论:平消胶囊对乳腺腺病具有显著治疗作用,副作用小,无骨髓毒性,长期服用无毒副反应,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of pingxiao capsule for mammary adenosis. Meth- ods：In the past 5 years,398 patients who had checked for mammary adenosis by molybdenum target radiography, and ruled out fihroadenoma, took pingxiao capsules. The curative effects were observed. Results： After a course of treat- ment,breast pain of 324 cases （81.4%） disappeared;Mass of 286 cases（71.9% ） disappeared, and the total effec- tive rate was 93.5%. Conclusion：The pingxiao capsule has significant therapeutic effects on mammary adenosis and without any side effects or bone marrow toxicity. It was worthy to be popularized.
