痉挛性发声障碍的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 痉挛性发声障碍（spasmodic dysphonia，SD）并非一罕见病，1871年Traube首先描述了其临床表现，1875年Schnitzler提出了痉挛性发声障碍这一病名。SD又称为局灶性喉肌肌张力障碍，是一种中枢运动信息处理程序障碍所致的慢性神经系统疾病，患者发声时喉部肌肉非随意的运动，
