不同模式低氧对大鼠认知功能及JNK表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructivesleepapnea-hypopneasyndrome,OSAHS)是在睡眠状态下,由于上气道软组织肌肉的反复塌陷等原因引起的呼吸暂停和低通气,患者睡眠中血氧饱和度变化幅度大,低氧及高碳酸血症明显,机体发生一系列病理生理变化,严重危害人类健康。研究显示,学习记忆功能下降是OSAHS患者神经系统受损的主要表现之一[1],而海马参与学习记忆过程,海马CAt区对缺血、缺氧最敏感,海马结构的完整性对于空间学习至关重要。
