闭合性十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和损伤控制性处理 被引量：7

摘要 如何提高闭合f生十二指肠损伤早期诊断率和救治水平，具有重要的临床意义[1]。近年来，损伤控制性外科（damagecontrolsurgery，DCS）理念的形成和临床应用，改变了对严重损伤的救治策略心[2-3]。目前，DCS理念在严重十二指肠损伤中应用的相关报道少见。为了进一步探讨闭合陛十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和DCS在闭合性十二指肠损伤中的应用价值，现将浙江大学医学院附属第一医院2004年1月至2011年6月收治的闭合性十二指肠损伤患者41例，报道如下。
