左主干异源于右冠窦前降支急诊介入治疗一例
摘要
冠状动脉开口异常病例非常少见，而左冠起源于右冠窦的病例更是稀少。由于左冠异常起源于右冠窦时，其近端行经主动脉和肺动脉之间，有潜在的心肌缺血和猝死的危险，因而受到心血管医生的重视。笔者对一例左主干异源于右冠窦前降支全闭患者进行了急诊介入治疗，现报道如下。
