摘要
目的检测胰岛素样生长因子(IGF)-1和环氧合酶(COX)-2在子宫内膜组织中的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 150例子宫内膜样腺癌组织(EA组)、54例非典型增生(AHE组)及84例正常子宫内膜组织(NE组)。应用免疫组化SP法检测IGF-1及COX-2在各组中的表达情况。结果 (1)EA组IGF-1和COX-2阳性表达率(70.0%、78.7%)高于NE组(45.2%、44.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)EA组IGF-1阳性表达在不同子宫肌层浸润间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX-2阳性表达在不同病理分级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)IGF-1和COX-2在子宫内膜样腺癌中表达呈正相关(rs=0.183,P<0.05)。结论 IGF-1和COX-2在子宫内膜样腺癌中可能存在协同作用,同时检测有利于早期诊断和预测其分化浸润情况。
Objective To test the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX- 2) in different endometrial tissues, and analyze the association between their expression and the clinicopathological features of this malignancy. Methods One hundred and fifty samples of endometrioid endometrial cancer (EA group), 54 samples of atypical hyperplasia (AHE group) and 84 samples of normal endometrial tissue (NE group) were detected. Immunohistochemistry SP method was applied to evaluate the expressions of IGF-1 and COX-2 in different endometrial tissues. Results (1)The positive expressions of IGF-1 and COX-2 were significantly higher in EA group than those in NE group (P 〈 0.01). (2) The positive expression of IGF-1 was significantly different in different subgroups of EA group (P 〈 0.05). There was significant difference in the positive expression of COX-2 between different subgroups of histological grade in EA (P 〈 0.05). (3) There was a positive correlation between IGF-1 and COX-2 expression in EA group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effects of IGF-1 and COX-2 were synergistic on the development of EA. Simultaneous detection of IGF-1 and COX-2 in EA can help for the early diagnosis and predict invasion of biology indexes of endometria.
