腰-髂钉棒内固定治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位效果分析 被引量：4

摘要 骶髂关节骨折脱位（fracture—dislocationofsacroiliaciiont，FSJ）常与骨盆前环破坏、髂骨或髋臼骨折并存。骶髂关节骨折脱位是骨盆骨折不稳定型损伤的一种，处理不当可能导致骨折愈合不良、双下肢不等长及神经功能损害等并发症。因此，临床常通过手术治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位，
