2010～2011年某院质子泵抑制剂使用情况分析

Analysis on the use of proton pump inhibitors in the hospital during 2010-2011

目的对某院2010～2011年质子泵抑制剂的使用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,对某院2010～2011年PPI的销售金额和用药频度等进行统计、分析。结果质子泵抑制剂的销售金额和用药频度呈快速增长态势,口服PPI销售金额比例为30.30%,注射用PPI销售金额比例为69.70%;2010～2011年,销售金额和用药频度排前3位的是奥美拉唑(iv)、兰索拉唑片、兰索拉唑胶囊;兰索拉唑片的金额序号与DDDS序号的序号比为2,序号比最大,表明该药的用药频率较高,但日均治疗费用却相对较低。结论质子泵抑制剂是一种在治疗消化道疾病上具有巨大发展潜力的药品;该院总体用药情况基本合理。

Objective To analyze the use of proton pump inhibitors during 2010-2011 and provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods Retrospective analysis was applied to analyze consumption sum and DDDs of PPI in the hospital during 2010-2011. Results The consumption sum and DDDs of PPI were increasing rapidly. The percentage of oral PPI was 30.30% in term of consumption sum and the injections was 69.70%. The top three of consumption sum and DDDs in single PPI were omeprazole（iv）, lansoprazole tablets and lansoprazole capsules. The serial number ratio between the serial number of amount and DDDs was 2 of lansoprazole tablets, and its serial number proportion was the largest, showing that the medication frequency is higher, but the average treatment costs were relatively low. Conclusion Proton pump inhibitors have great potential for development, the clinical application of PPI in the hospital was reasonable.
