摘要
目的观察硝普钠治疗急性左心衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法将2011年1月～2012年1月住院治疗的急性左心衰竭患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组为常规用药,利尿药,正性肌力药物。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用硝普钠50mg溶于5%GS 500mL持续点滴。观察其左心衰竭症状改善程度。结果临床总有效率,硝普钠组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠治疗急性左心衰,可以改善患者临床症状且安全有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods Seventy patients with acute left heart failure treated and hospitalized in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional drugs,diuretics and positive inotropic drugs. The treatment group was given continuous infusion of 50 mg of sodium nitroprusside soluble in 500 mL of 5% GS on the basis of the control group, The improvement of left heart failure symptoms was observed. Results The total clinical effective rate of the sodium nitroprusside group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of acute left heart failure, sodium nitroprusside can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and is safe and effective.
