阿奇霉素配伍维生素B_6减少消化道不良反应疗效观察

Adverse reaction caused by azithromycin B_6 in alimentary tract

目的观察静脉滴注阿奇霉素加入维生素B6与单独静脉滴注阿奇霉素不良反应发生的情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将166例静脉滴注阿奇霉素的患者随即分为两组,观察组84例,阿奇霉素和维生素B6溶入5%葡萄糖注射液中,对照组82例,不加维生素B6,观察两组不良反应发生的情况。结果观察组在静脉滴注阿奇霉素和维生素B6后不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组。结论静脉滴注阿奇霉素时加入维生素B6可明显减少阿奇霉素的不良反应,在临床治疗中值得推广和应用。

Objective To provide the basis for the rational application of Azithromycin by comparing the changes in the adverse reaction between Azithromycin combined with Vitamin B6 and sole Azithromycin via intravenously guttae （iv gtt）. Methods 166 patients treated with Azithromycin via iv gtt were divided into two groups randomly. The 84 patients in the experimental group were treated with Azithromycin combined with Vitamin B6 in 5% glucose injection via iv gtt while the ones in the control group were treated with sole Azithromycin.The adverse reactions of the patients were recorded and compared. Results The patients in the experimental group showed fewer adverse reactions than the ones in the control group. Conclusion The combination of Azithromycin and Vitamin B6 via iv gtt is able to relieve the adverse reaction caused by Azithromycin,which is worth of generalizing and utilizing in clinical practice.
