醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血50例疗效观察

Curative effects of Xingnaojing injection on 50 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察对于急性脑出血患者应用醒脑静注射液进行治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2006年1月～2011年12月所收治的100例急性脑出血患者的临床资料，根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组，两组各50例，对照组采用西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用醒脑净注射液进行治疗，比较两组的治疗效果及神经功能缺损程度评分。结果两组总有效率分别为88％、78％，治疗后神经功能评分分别为（14．56±6．71）分、（17．34±7．13）分，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论醒脑净注射液可以显著改善急性脑出血患者的临床症状，并能促进神经功能的恢复，提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effects of 50 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage by Xingnaojing injection. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 100 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2011,100 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group according to the treatment method.Each group of 50 cases,the control group used conventional western medicine,the treatment group combined with Xingnaojing injection based on conventional treatment.Compared the treatment effect and nerve function defect score of the two groups. Results The total effective rate and nerve function defect score of treatment group were better than control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The Xingnaojing injection could improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,promoted the neural function reply,enhanced the quality of life.
