中西医结合治疗功能失调性子宫出血临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment on dysfunctional uterine bleeding with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的探讨采用中西医相结合方法临床治疗功能失调性子宫出血的效果。方法 126例功能失调性子宫出血患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各63例。对照组单独运用炔雌醇环丙孕酮进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用妇科养荣胶囊。比较两组治疗前后月经情况以及血红蛋白的变化。结果对照组总有效率为84.1%,治疗组总有效率为96.8%,治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组间月经情况和血红蛋白值,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮同妇科养荣胶囊联合使用治疗功能失调性子宫出血,有良好疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treating of dysfunctional uterine bleeding（DUB）. Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group（63 cases） were treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate alone,and the treatment group（63 cases） were treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate combined Fuke Yangrong capsule. Before and after treatment,hemoglobin values and the situation of menses were recorded respectively. Results The clinical total effective rates was 84.1% in control group and 96.8% in treatment group respectively,there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups（P ~ 0.05）. The situation of menses and hemoglobin values in the two groups existed significant statistical difference（P -〈 0.05）as compared with those before treatment. After treatment,hemoglobin values and the situation of menses had significant statistical difference（P 〈 0.05）between the two groups. Conclusion Treatments of ethinylestradiol cyproterone acetate combined Fuke Yangrong capsule on DUB have better clinical effects. It is worthy to be popularized .
