续筋接骨膏治疗骨折的临床研究

Clinical study of Xujin Jiegu gao in the treatment of fracture

目的为观察续筋接骨膏治疗骨折的疗效。方法将笔者所在医院收治的192例骨折患者,在求得知情同意后,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用院内制剂续筋接骨膏外敷,对照组不用药,观察两组局部疼痛、肿胀及X线骨痂生长情况,并对疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗组疼痛及肿胀减轻程度、X线骨痂生长情况的改善均优于对照组。结论表明续筋接骨膏有明显的促进骨折愈合的作用,并能减轻患者的疼痛及肿胀,改善关节功能,临床疗效较好。

Objective To observe the clinical effective ofXufl＇n Jl^gu gao in the treatment of fracture. Methods The 192 fracture patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated by external application ofXujYn Jiegu gao while the control group without medication. To relatively analyze the effective of the two groups,through to observe the local pain,swelling and the growth condition of X-ray callus. Results The pain and swelling relief degree, the X-ray callus growth condition in the treatment group were superior to the control group. Conclusion The Xujin Jiegu gao has a obvious role in promoting fracture healing, can reduce the pain and swelling of patients,can improve the joint function, has better clinical efficacy.
