乙肝病毒前S1抗原与其病毒复制关系分析

Study of hepatitis B virus S1 antigen and viral replication relationship analysis

目的探讨乙型肝炎前S1抗原与乙肝病毒DNA和乙型肝炎病毒e抗原之间的关系。方法对入住笔者所在医院100例乙型肝炎患者分别采用PerS1Ag检测、HBeAg检测和HBV-DNA检测。结果 PCR检测HBV-DNA55例指标呈阳性,其中HBeAg阳性18例,PerS1Ag阳性43例,两种检测结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PerS1Ag优于HBeAg,PerS1Ag在HBV诊断与疗效评判方面具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the hepatitis B S1 antigen and hepatitis B virus DNA and hepatitis B virus e antigen and the relationship between. Methods lO0 cases of hepatitis B patients of our hospital were detected by PerSIAg, HBeAg test and HBV-DNA test. Results 55 cases of PCR for detection of HBV-DNA index was positive, of which 18 were HBeAg positive, 43 cases were PerS1Ag positive. There was significant difference between two detection results （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PerS1Ag is superior to HBeAg. PerS1Ag in HBV diagnosis and curative effect evaluation has important clinical value.
