居家照顾压疮护理干预与院内压疮护理康复效果比较

Comparison of the rehabilitative effect of family nursing intervention and hospital care in patients with pressure ulcers

目的比较居家照顾压疮护理干预和院内压疮护理对压疮患者康复效果,以便完善压疮护理干预效果,建立居家护理模式。方法护理人员对压疮居家照顾者培训后,定期到患者家中访视,记录患者创口愈合情况,并与院内压疮患者创口愈合情况进行比较。结果居家照顾压疮护理干预与院内压疮护理康复效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论居家照顾模式值得推广。

Objective To improve the nursing intervention and establish a home care model for patients with pressure ulcer, we compared the effects of family nursing intervention and hospital care. Methods Nurses provided home care training on pressure sores for family caregivers, and then regularly visited patients at home, recorded wound healing, and compared the data with patients of hospital care. Results There was no significant different of rehabilitation in patients with pressure ulcers belween family nursing intervention and hospital care（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Family nursing intervention model is worthy of further recommendation.
