摘要
目的探讨护理干预在治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中临床应用价值。方法选取在笔者所在医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为干预组和对照组。比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,干预组患者痊愈率和总有效率均明显提高,无效率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床治疗效果的提高具有积极的促进作用。
Objective To probe into the clinical application value of nursing intervention in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis patients. Methods Selecting chronic atrophic gastritis patients in our hospital. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly.The clinical effects of patients in the two groups were compared and analysis. Results Compared with control group,patients in intervention group the cure rate and total effective rate were improved significantly,while inefficiency rate was reduced significantly,there were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has a positive role in promoting the clinical effects of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
